The casting news came from Son Ye Jin and Ji Chang Wook on October 24. The two popular actors were reportedly offered to be the main couple in the Netflix drama which is a remake of the vulgar film "Untold Scandal" which was released in 2003.
The film "Untold Scandal" tells the story of Madam Jo (Lee Mi Sook) who lives as a model wife during the Joseon Dynasty. However, the beautiful woman has secretly had many secret relationships with other men.
At the same time, there is the figure of Jo Won (Bae Yong Joon) who is an accomplished scholar and expert in martial arts. However, his true passion is to seduce other women. Madam Jo is his first love. Since then, they have been involved in a high-stakes game of seduction and love. They hide their true feelings for each other.
