Tzuyang didn't actually want to be a YouTuber, but was forced by his ex-girlfriend. The total income that Tzuyang took from her ex-boyfriend was around 4 billion won.
Tzuyang has recently received attention because he revealed the abuse his ex-girlfriend had committed against him for around 4 years. However, his ex-girlfriend could not be punished because she had committed suicide.
Tzuyang's story has made various old cases that were blamed on YouTubers resurface. One of them is the alleged case of backdoor advertising (advertisement without informing the audience) and tax evasion.
However, Tzuyang's lawyer has now opened his voice to reveal that the whole case was actually the work of the YouTuber's ex-girlfriend. "Tzuyang actually didn't know because her former agency handled all debt management," said the lawyer.
Tzuyang didn't actually want to be a YouTuber, but was forced by his ex-girlfriend who is also the CEO of his agency. "But actually, at that time, if the agency CEO told him to do something, Tzuyang couldn't argue or refuse it," said the lawyer.
"So you may not understand, but this is an extreme situation. If you think about it, Tzuyang really only did what he was told to do, and did not do what he was told not to do," continued the lawyer.
The lawyer also revealed that the total income that Tzuyang took from his ex-girlfriend was around 4 billion won (Rp. 46 billion). "However, we confirm that the former CEO of the agency does not have that kind of money," said the lawyer.
Tzuyang couldn't get all his money back, but he did get a partial refund. "At present, we have made all progress and reached an agreement, and the criminal case has been completed," added the lawyer.
The lawyer also discussed YouTubers who threatened to reveal Tzuyang's past in order to get money. According to the lawyer, his party is still preparing a statement. The lawyer also asked the media not to link Tzuyang to chats between YouTubers. (wk/charity)
