According to media reports, SNSD's Yoona bought a building near Dosan-daero, Gangnam-gu in her name with 10 billion won in October 2018.
SNSD's Yoona has had a career in the industry for dozens of years. Not only appearing as an idol, the actress born in 1990 is also developing a career in the world of acting. So, it is natural that Yoona has abundant assets.
Yoona also uses some of her income to invest in the world of property. According to media reports, the actress bought a building near Dosan-daero, Gangnam-gu in her name with 10 billion won in October 2018.
The building, which was completed in 2014, has two basements and four floors above ground. The location of the building is very strategic, namely around 770 meters from Apgujeong Rodeo Station on the Subundang Line.
Based on information from real estate and industrial resources, the maximum bond amount is estimated at 7.2 billion won. Then, Yoona's investment is estimated at around 4 billion won excluding loans.

A building located about 300 meters from Yoona's building was sold in June 2023 for 172 million won per pyeong. Considering the land area is 141 pyeong, it is likely that the building will be sold for 24.3 billion won.
A real estate industry insider commented, "That is an estimate based on transactions a year ago and does not include the building price. Based on current standards, Yoona's building price is estimated to be more than 25 billion won (approximately IDR 292 billion).
On the other hand, Yoona will soon greet the public through the film "Pretty Crazy". The film tells the story of Seon Ji (Yoona), a prospective patissier who has a secret that she doesn't even realize. The woman is under a curse that turns her into an uncontrollable demon every night.
