Tae Yeon revealed that he appreciates someone who has qualities he can learn from. The idol also mentioned other criteria related to physicality.
SNSD's Tae Yeon was a guest star on the YouTube program "Fridge Interview" hosted by Dex on July 18. On that occasion, the idol born in 1989 was asked about his dream type of guy.
Tae Yeon answered, "I'm attracted to men who are truly kind and gentle, attractive, even in the little things, be it their actions or the way they talk. To me, being kind and gentle means more than just the surface."
Tae Yeon also appreciates someone who has qualities he can learn from. The "INVU" singer enthusiastically added, "Oh, there's one important thing: he has to prioritize me." Dex also knows why Tae Yeon wants to be prioritized.
"There are a lot of guys who aren't like that. People with very busy lives, who are constantly traveling and have a lot going on, often don't prioritize their girlfriends. If they don't have space in their lives, it's hard for a girlfriend to be a priority, Tae Yeon answered.
Dex again asked whether Tae Yeon had other criteria related to physicality. "In short your type, it looks like someone who likes you. Can you describe what you are looking for in terms of appearance?" Dex asked.
Tae Yeon with a shy smile said, "I've mentioned this before, but I like men with good shoulder shape, strong body, beautiful T zone, beautiful smile, good eyebrow bones and eyes."
Tae Yeon's dream type of guy has attracted attention because it is considered too specific. "Unnie, your ideal type is too specific[sic!]," wrote one netizen. "He said everything but my name[sic!]," added another.
