Recently, IU revealed the behind-the-scenes story during the filming of the movie "Dream". In the video, it is revealed that the owner of the name Lee Jieun experienced a complicated condition during filming.
Through her personal YouTube channel, IU uploaded the video "Dream PD Somin has worked hard for 3 years pursuing only one goal". The video shows IU's behind-the-scenes story as the character Somin.
During filming in Hungary, IU was able to finish filming without NG. But he experienced a complicated condition while in the country of people. Even the singer of "LILAC" felt that her eyes hurt from the strong ultraviolet rays.
"About my condition, it's quite complicated. My mental state is good. My eyes and feet hurt even though my mind is clear. My face looks a little dry, but my expression is bright. It's good compared to what I'm worried about," said IU.
While filming in Hungary, IU was in a good mental state and showed bright expressions. Despite the fact that he has very dry skin and sore parts of his body.
"The sun's rays were too strong, and my eyes hurt a lot. I thought my cornea was damaged. Now I understand why people are advised to wear sunglasses when going abroad," said IU.
In addition, IU felt that her performance in "Dream" was the main worry. Due to filming for 3 years, IU was afraid that some pictures would not fit because she lost cheek fat.
"This film contains looks of me when I was 28, 29, and 30 years old. I was worried that pictures taken when I was 28 and 30 might not match because I lost the cheek fat," he explained.
Despite the complicated situation, IU expressed happy feelings after filming "Dream" for so long. The reason is, he feels closer to everyone in the process.
"It's great to continue filming for a long time. I feel like I'm getting closer to everyone," said IU.
