TREASURE took part in giving encouragement to one of the former YG Entertainment trainees when attending Park Jeong Woo's graduation at SOPA, making the fans moved.
School of Performing Arts Seoul or better known as SOPA held a graduation ceremony yesterday, Thursday, 9 February. A number of idols also attended this graduation ceremony including Park Jeong Woo TREASURE.
All TREASURE members came to cheer on Jeongwoo directly. The handsome idol was embarrassed by the excited screams of his group mates.
TREASURE's interaction with former YG Entertainment trainee, Yeonkyu, was also in the spotlight of the fans. They are known to have met at YG's internal survival, "YG Treasure Box" in 2018. Yeonkyu himself officially debuted with ATBO last July.
Jeongwoo and Yeonkyu were caught on camera chatting intimately during the event. The two themselves turned out to be classmates. Jeongwoo and Yeonkyu were even inseparable because they sat next to each other and went on stage together when they were awarded by SOPA.
Choi Hyun Suk exclaimed with joy when he saw a friend of one of his fellow trainees. He immediately shouted hello to the idol born in 2004 when he saw him on stage. "Yeonkyu-ah, hello," exclaimed the leader of TREASURE.
Jihoon also talked about Yeonkyu on the live broadcast after attending Jeongwoo's graduation. He admitted that he couldn't meet Yeonkyu at SOPA, but had a chance to chat at the Asia Artist Awards last year.
The second TREASURE leader recounted the moment of patting Yeonkyu's head out of pride. He also congratulated ATBO on winning the AAA Focus category award.
During their trainee days, Jeongwoo and Yeonkyu were both in Team C. The two of them also gave a joint performance of BLACKPINK's "Stay". The two's sweet vocals have received a lot of praise since then until now.
Jeongwoo and Yeonkyu aren't the only ones who are electrifying because of the same class. These two handsome idols are also in the same class as Jang Won Young IVE. However, it's a shame Wonyoung couldn't attend this graduation ceremony. (wk/alpha)
