Suga BTS Confide About His Suffering Having a Shoulder Injury, Having to Inject Every Move City During the Tour

Hearing Hoshi express his respect, Suga showed a warm side by trying to keep Hoshi from being nervous. Hoshi then mentioned the world tour that SEVENTEEN recently wrapped up.

Hoshi SEVENTEEN (II) appeared as a guest on "Suchwita" episode 4 which was released on the BANGTANTV Youtube channel on February 9. Here, BTS' Suga shares about the shoulder injury the rapper had in the past.

"Actually, without an opportunity like this, I would never have had the chance to chat with you." Hoshi said. The idol added, "I saw you during music shows, or at the gym, or on the news."

Hearing Hoshi express his respect, Suga showed his warm side by trying to make Hoshi less nervous. Hoshi then mentioned the world tour that SEVENTEEN recently wrapped up. "Thank you, we have more promotions in America now. You really create a road. We can only appear on American TV shows because of you," he praised.

In response, Suga humbly said, "No, it's because everyone is doing well in their own way. I don't really think we did anything." However, Hoshi firmly insisted, "No, you need to know that you did it. Everyone knows that the K-pop industry can expand to the United States because of BTS."

Hoshi also expressed his admiration for BTS, saying that he looked up all of BTS' "ON" performances. Suga shared, "Ironically, I ended up having shoulder surgery because of 'Black Swan' and 'ON'."

When Hoshi said, "Your shoulder was really bad back then, right?", Suga said, "In 'Black Swan', there was a move like this. After doing it, I could barely move my arm." When Hoshi revealed that he also dislocates his shoulder sometimes, Suga suggested, "Did you have surgery? It got a little better afterward."

Suga added, "You know what touring feels like, right? It doesn't matter how much you patch it or put something on it or ice it after it's over, it still hurts. I have to get shots in every city we go to. I just keep getting injections. And then , during all those concerts and everything in between, my shoulders gave out." (wk/goddess)
