One of the participants in JTBC's survival program, Peak Time, drew criticism from netizens for insinuating the fourth generation in his rap.

It was previously known that JTBC had started broadcasting a survival program titled Peak Time.

However, a member of the Peak Time participating group is now attracting netizens' attention to the satire in his rap lyrics.

Peak Time itself is a program that is a place for idols to shine.

Through this program, there are 3 groups that have been distributed based on the careers of each idol or group.

Starting from the 'Rookie Section' for those who have just debuted, the 'Booster Section' for idols who are active but not known by many people, and the 'Discontinued Section' for groups that have been inactive for various reasons, including military service.

The first episode of Peak Time aired on February 15, 2023, which introduced 23 idol groups as participants.

2:00 is one of the teams participating in the JTBC Peak Time program.

Through the first episode, 2:00 has performed their version of B.A.P's "No Mercy".

2:00's powerful performance amazed the judges and the audience who witnessed their performance.

However, the performance of one member of 2:00 was flooded with criticism for the rap lyrics he had written himself for the song.

Here are the rap lyrics sung by one of the members of 2AM.

"Yo where does music run when it comes to fourth generation idols?

It was only filled with boys who were busy looking at themselves in the mirror.

Rigid dance performance from unknown strangers.

A handsome man who is no different from me.

How does it feel to be beaten by an unknown group?"

Various comments were made by South Korean netizens through the Theqoo community forum.

"Their social assistance (2:00) was successful",

"I've never seen a successful person by satirizing or railing against successful people."

"Did they write the lyrics themselves?",

"Fourth generation idols also work hard",

"Do they need to do satire?",

"They're the only team that writes lyrics about satire",

"I hope they see netizens' reactions to their lyrics and won't do this again",

"Who thinks fourth generation idols are bad at dancing? They (2:00) really don't get it, haha",

"Whoever wrote these lyrics really wrote them badly," and various other criticisms. /kpopchart.net
