Yang Hyun Suk Confide in the Struggle of Fostering BLACKPINK Cs When Prosecuted for 3 Years in Prison

Yang Hyun Suk Actually Appealed By Reciting His Works That Debuted Many Popular Artists. The Man Also Apologizes To K-Pop Fans.

Yang Hyun Suk is now being prosecuted for 3 years in prison on charges of covering up a drug case from B.I, a former iKON member. In his last statement at the trial, the former YG boss revealed his struggles in raising BLACKPINK cs.

Yang Hyun Suk actually appealed by reading his works that debuted many popular artists. "I have faithfully participated in the trial for the past three years," said Yang Hyun Suk.

"The contents of the public report are not true. I trained junior singers for 27 years. Starting with One Time and Jinusean in 1997, I have raised many singers such as BIGBANG, 2NE1, Akdong Musician," the man added.

Yang Hyun Suk added, "I work as the executive producer of BLACKPINK. Currently, there are singers who are not affiliated with YG, but I have never heard of them being harmed by YG."

Yang Hyun Suk also apologized to K-Pop fans. "It's been a long time since everything stopped for three years, after being investigated by the police and prosecutors, and being tried. I apologize to the fans," he said.

"K-pop is gaining worldwide popularity and raising Korea's status. Please make wise decisions so that I can provide small and insignificant strengths to help it grow," continued Yang Hyun Suk.

The final trial of Yang Hyun Suk charged with threats of retaliation under the Additional Punishment Act for Certain Crimes, was held at 10 am on November 14 at the 23rd Criminal Agreement of the Seoul Central District Court.

Prosecutors are seeking a three-year prison sentence for CEO Yang Hyun Suk. He was accused of forcing singer trainee A to reconcile and intimidating him to cover up B.I's drug accusations.

Yang Hyun Suk has consistently taken the position that it is "not true" about the allegations set out in the indictment. At his 12th hearing held on November 1, he also denied all charges. (wk/charity)
