Kim Jong Kook looks cuter in the latest episode of "Running Man". Due to the change in his attitude, there were suspicions that the members knew about the bullying controversy aimed at them.
In the episode "Running Man" which aired on Sunday (27/11), Kim Jong Kook continued to shower Ji Suk Jin with praise. Even Kim Jong Kook's praise reached the point of exaggeration.
Kim Jong Kook and other "Running Man" members allegedly hinted to viewers that they were aware that there were pros and cons among the audience. Recently, members have come under scrutiny for their comments on Ji Suk Jin which were considered too exaggerated and rude.
As soon as Ji Suk Jin appeared, Kim Jong Kook suddenly complimented him. In particular, Kim Jong Kook commented on Ji Suk Jin's appearance.
"Hyung, you look beautiful today. Your cardigan is beautiful. Your hat is also very white and looks good on you. You smell good too," said Kim Jong Kook.
Receiving such praise for the first time in 13 years, Ji Suk Jin humorously replied, "You're aware (of the rumours), right? Stop it. Don't be aware."
Even when Ji Suk Jin jokingly made “boastful” remarks at guest Kim Ji Eun, Yoo Jae Seok tried to stop him.
"If you appear on 'Running Man', people will recognize you even if you wear a mask and a hat," commented Ji Suk Jin.
On the other hand, Kim Jong Kook sided with Ji Suk Jin and asked him to say whatever he wanted to say. To Kim Ji Eun, Kim Jong Kook said, "He's right. Pay close attention to what he says. Well done, hyung."
Hearing this, Ji Suk Jin laughed and admitted that he preferred to be teased. "Stop it. You better criticize/teasing me instead," he said.
With words like that, Ji Suk Jin showed that he was aware that whatever the members of "Running Man" did to him was not real. They were just joking and the long-standing friendship remained solid despite the rumours. (wk/inta)
