According to the Hope Bridge Korea Disaster Relief Association, GOT7's Jinyoung donated 30 million won (approximately Rp. 337,727,652) to restore areas hit by heavy rains and help the victims.


Launching Soompi, Saturday (13/8/2022), the same association also reported that WINNER's Kim Jin Woo also intervened to help flood victims.


"Kim Jin Woo donated 10 million won (approximately Rp. 112,570,997) and asked us to use it [to help] flood victims," ​​wrote Hope Bridge Korea Disaster Relief Association.


Meanwhile, Kim Hye Soo, Yoo Jae Suk, Suzy, IU, and Jay Park each donated 100 million won (approximately Rp. 1,125,753,954) to the Hope Bridge Korea Disaster Relief Association.


Then, actor Extraordinary Attorney Woo, Kang Tae Oh participated by donating 20 million won (approximately Rp. 225,156,655).


According to the Community Chest of Korea, Han Ji Min made a donation of 50 million won (approximately IDR 562,869,646).


“I learned that the welfare facility for the disabled was badly damaged through the news, and I made a donation after hearing that it suffered from flooding a few days ago,” said Han Ji Min.


Park Na Rae, who recently suffered an injury while filming a commercial, donated 10 million won, which will be used for water damage recovery, relief supplies, and housing repairs.


WM Entertainment revealed that Arin Oh My Girl donated 20 million won to the Hope Bridge Korea Disaster Relief Association to help flood victims.


“Arin was very sad to hear that his neighbor lost his house in the heavy rain. He decided to donate in hopes of helping the victims return to their daily lives," wrote WM Entertainment.


Furthermore, musician PSY also donated 100 million won to the Korean Red Cross.


“Psy donated 100 million won to the Red Cross to support relief efforts for victims of heavy rains in the central region.
