In an updated interview, TWICE was asked to name a member whose friendship has changed over the years. There are several members who answer these questions.

TWICE recently had an interview with Cosmopolitan. The 9-member girl group discussed many interesting things, including how they got close to each other.

In this interview, TWICE was asked to name the member whose friendship has changed over the years. There are several members who answered this question.

First, Jeongyeon said that she and Chaeyoung have come a long way in the seven years since TWICE's debut. Although they had always been close, there used to be a barrier between them due to the age difference.

Born in 1996, Jeongyeon is the second oldest in the group, while Chaeyoung is the second youngest because she was born in 1999. "For me, it's Chaeyoung. She's one of the youngest in our band," said Jeongyeon.

Although initially awkward, their relationship changed when Chaeyoung became an adult. They get to know each other better thanks to the help of alcohol aka liquor.

"Once he became legal to drink, we had a lot of drinking sessions. He really opened up and we got to know each other better," said the younger sister of actress Gong Seung Yeon.

Next, Dahyun admitted that she and Sana were not good friends before debut. This is because they were coincidentally not assigned to be in the same group when participating in "SIXTEEN."

"My relationship with Sana was not close at all when we first debuted. We were in different (pre-debut) teams. We did greet each other, but we never really chatted," said Dahyun.

Their relationship gradually changed when the two became members of TWICE. Dahyun is very grateful for Sana's caring and sweet attitude towards her.

"But over time, he became the person who cared the most for me. Especially when I was sick or something, he was the first to come and hold my hand," said Dahyun.

Sana agrees and remembers the little things she did for Dahyun. "Once we did a radio show and Dahyun's nose was blocked, I helped blow her nose," said the Japanese idol. (wk/chus)
