The Members Talk About Their Comeback In August In The First Episode Of The Variety Show 'Soshi Tam Tam' That Aired Recently. At that time, Yoona read netizen comments.

Two well-known girl groups from two big agencies, Girls' Generation and BLACKPINK (Black Pink) will comeback next August. In addition, TWICE is also rumored to be releasing something on the same date. Regarding their comeback later, the members of Girls' Generation confirmed one thing.

This is Girls' Generation's first comeback after five years since releasing the album "Holiday Night" in 2017, which coincides with the 10th anniversary of their debut. Meanwhile, the upcoming album was released to celebrate the girl group's 15th anniversary.

BLACKPINK last made a comeback with "THE ALBUM" which was released in October 2020. Since then, the four members have been more busy with individual activities, so this comeback has been eagerly awaited by fans and the public.

TWICE's Twitter account shared posts in the form of two dates that are believed to be the release dates of their new music content. The first date, June 24, 2022, has become Nayeon's through the mini album "IM NAYEON" while the second date, August 26, 2022 is believed to be the moment the girl group will release a new song.

The members briefly talked about their comeback this coming August on the first episode of the variety show "Soshi Tam Tam" that aired recently. At that time, Yoona read out netizens' comments, "Soshi's comeback is really something that will take K-pop back."

In response to the comment, Sunny snorted and said, "Why take it back?" which was greeted with laughter from the other members. "Why take it back? We didn't do it," added Sooyoung. "We can't take it because we're running out of energy," Sunny said.

Yoona then continued reading comments stating that it must have been difficult for the Girls' Generation members to match their schedules to prepare for this album. "This is truly an album of people who love their group as a way to repay each other and fans," read Yoona's comments.

Hearing this, Tae Yeon nodded in agreement and the other members exclaimed in unison, "Ooohhh!" exclamation really represents them. The members are really trying hard to arrange their respective schedules for this comeback to celebrate the 15th anniversary and they are not interested in competition. (wk/goddess)
