Singer, composer and producer Yoo Hee Yeol or better known as Toy is again facing accusations of plagiarism, after a similar case happened to him previously.

On June 20, 2022, netizens seemed to be busy exploring the latest accusation of plagiarism, by comparing the songs Happy Birthday to You Sung Si Kyung and Koji Tamaki's Happy Birthday to You.

And it turns out that Sung Si Kyung's song Happy Birthday to You was written, edited and produced by Yoo Hee Yeol, and is currently registered under Yoo Hee Yeol's name with the Korea Music Copyright Association (KOMCA).

"I think Sung Si Kyung's song is a remake version of Koji Tamaki's song," wrote Netizens, as quoted by allkpop, Monday (20/6/2022).

"This is more than influenced, and more suspicious because Sung Si Kyung previously said. He respects artist Yoo Hee Yeol," wrote netizens.

Previously, cases of plagiarism had also hit Yoo Hee Yeol. And he has apologized for the incident. Which is where this plagiarism case occurs in his work entitled A Most Private Evening, which sounds very similar to Ryuichi Sakamoto's Aqua. /celebrities.id
