Stray Kids and TXT's albums have been recognized by Billboard as the best album of 2022.
As reported by Soompi, Tuesday (7/6/2022) Billboard shared the 50 best albums released throughout 2022 on June 6, 2022. The list is displayed in alphabetical order and features two Korean albums: Stray Kids ODDINARY and minisode 2: Thursday's Child from TXT. .
Following its release in March, ODDINARY impressively debuted at number 1 on the Billboard 200 and became the third Korean artist in history to top the chart.
Billboard wrote that ODDINARY blends pop hooks, rap beats, and dance tempos in a way that's just right for K-pop circles. And each of his songs sounded with a mesmerizing intensity.
As for minisode 2: Thursday's Child, TXT Bilboard says the album includes moody alt-R&B ballads, NSYNC, '80s synth-pop, blending various genres into five tracks.
This album has become TXT's third release to debut at the top of the Billboard Top Albums Sales chart and make the group their highest debut on the Billboard 200 at number 4. /celebrities.id
