Blockberry Creative has released an official statement in response to the rumors about Chuu LOONA's departure. Check out the full agency statement in the news below.
Recently, Chuu LOONA was reported to have left his agency Blockberry Creative and joined another agency, BY4M Studio. This is in line with the emergence of rumors stating that Chuu sued the agency for being treated badly.
However, this rumor has been denied by Blockberry Creative through the official LOONA fancafe. The agency even threatened to take legal action against anyone who continues to spread malicious and baseless information. Check out the agency's full statement below.
The agency started, "Hello, this is Blockberry Creative. On the 20th, LOONA released Summer Special Mini Album 'Flip That' and started promoting. All LOONA members trust each other and work together for their dreams."
The agency continued, "Therefore, the company will support the members' dreams and do their best to help the members focus on promoting this album. We would like to say that Blockberry Creative will take legal action if there is this troubling issue."
"Some articles confuse fans and the public with the expressions of related officials, even though the content regarding Chuu, one of the LOONA members, is unfounded. There is no company position or individual member (regarding this issue)," explained the agency.
Furthermore, the agency confirmed that they would immediately provide clarification if any unfounded and harmful rumors emerged. Blockberry Creative explained, "We are announcing again that we will actively respond to unknown facts or unilateral articles and comments that damage the reputation of the company and its members."
The agency continued, "In the Summer Special Mini Album 'Flip That', starting this week, the company and all LOONA members promise to do their best to show the best face to fans and the public so as not to cause concern. Thank you."
"We want to inform you that we will respond firmly to malicious interpretations or any actions that encourage malicious posts and comments beyond the simple expression of opinion, with impunity," concluded the agency.
Meanwhile, LOONA will hold their first global tour "LOONATHEWORLD" in 9 cities. Unfortunately, Chuu did not participate in LOONA's overseas tour due to conflicting schedules. (wk/eval)
