Han Ji Min Succeeded In Making Senior Actress Go Doo Shim Amazed After Speak In English When Meeting Foreign Tourists In 'Because I Like Ko Doo Shim'.
Han Ji Min appeared in the latest episode of "Because I Like Go Doo Shim" which aired on Sunday (29/5). Here, she managed to surprise senior actress Go Doo Shim with her amazing English skills.
In the episode, Han Ji Min and Go Doo Shim are seen traveling to Gyeongju. While walking around the palace site, they met three foreign tourists who immediately caught Han Ji Min's attention.
When he passed the tourists, Han Ji Min greeted them first, then asked where they were from in English. The tourists informed them that they were from Holland, and Han Ji Min responded to them in English.
Han Ji Min then pointed at Go Doo Shim and said, "She is a very famous actress." He also told them about his drama and Go Doo Shim, "Our Blues". "So, you can watch our drama on Netflix. It's called 'Our Blues'," said Han Ji Min.
But since the tourists didn't have Wi-Fi, Han Ji Min wrote down the title on their cell phones. Apart from that, he also told them his name and Instagram account.
After the brief introduction, Han Ji Min asked, "How is Gyeongju?". The tourist replied, "It's very beautiful. Korea is really beautiful and the people are very friendly. It's also clean and safe here."
Han Ji Min then commented, "And the food is really good, right?". Upon hearing this, the tourists burst into laughter and nodded in agreement.
After the tourists left, Go Doo Shim complimented Han Ji Min's English skills. She said, "You speak very good English. I can't speak English very well even though my daughter lives in the United States."
Han Ji Min responded humbly, "No, no. It's as far as I can go. But I wanted to be a doctor when I was young. My grandmother wasn't always well and I often told her that I would treat her."
"But growing up, I think we have to be smart and study very well to become a doctor. So, my dream changed to become a kindergarten teacher after that," he concluded.
Meanwhile, Han Ji Min and Go Doo Shim's drama "Our Blues" only leaves four final episodes. The plan, this drama will end in episode 20 on June 12. (wk/eval)
