In a new post on the online community, a netizen who claims to be a victim of violence at a school where IZTY's Lia is accused of being the attacker.

A former classmate who accused Lia ITZY of committing violence at school again spoke up through a new upload on the online community.

In the post, the OP who claimed to be a victim of school violence where Lia was the assailant, wrote, "I posted about Lia ITZY's school violence in the online community."

"I said I just wanted an apology, but seeing him continue to promote without any explanation, I feel very stressed, even in my dreams. There seems to be some misunderstanding so I'm writing this to provide further explanation," he added.

When JYP Entertainment filed a lawsuit against the alleged victim on charges of defamation to protect Lia, an investigation was carried out and the victim was eventually acquitted of the charges. JYP later stated that it was difficult for them to accept this result and requested a re-investigation.

The alleged victim claimed not to know about the reinvestigation, saying, "I saw a comment that said, 'You said you were innocent but a request for a reinvestigation has been made so Lia is innocent and people cursed me.'"

The OP mentioned about ITZY's manager contacting Lia's school friends. "ITZY's manager even contacted Shinsong Middle School graduates to find out what Choi Ji Su (Lia's real name) was like during that time," he said.

"I also know that Lia's cousin who is also a Shinsong school graduate has been in contact with other former students. This happened after JYP made the attitude that it was difficult to accept the results of the case and asked for a re-investigation," he said.

The victim claimed to be contacted by Lia's attorney and asked to meet face-to-face. But he just wanted Lia to come out right away and accept Lia's apology herself instead of talking to her lawyer or any JYP officials.

However, JYP insisted that the victim had to talk to them first and they would discuss it with Lia. When the victim contacted JYP again, the company said the same thing. In the end there is no solution that stresses the victim, because all that is asked for is a sincere apology.

At the end of the post, the alleged victim wrote, "One more thing, after moving (to North London Collegiate School in Jeju), Choi Ji Su returned to middle school and hasn't graduated."

JYP Entertainment has not yet issued a response to this post. (wk/chus)
