As one of the idols under Pledis Entertainment who incidentally is in the HYBE building, SEVENTEEN's Jeonghan reveals how tight security is when entering the room.

Recently, SEVENTEEN (II) was a guest on the program "Ask Us Anything" broadcast on May 29. It was previously reported that eight SEVENTEEN members Jeonghan, Jun, Joshua, Hoshi, The8, Mingyu, DK and Seungkwan were on the show.

Throughout the broadcast, this program showed the excitement of SEVENTEEN members with "Ask Us Anything" members about various things. Apart from promoting for their comeback through the album "Face the Sun", the SEVENTEEN members seemed to be having fun showing their cuteness.

However, what is interesting and continues to be a conversation is about Jeonghan's protest action which again discusses the tight security of the HYBE building. Taking shelter with the Pledis Entertainment agency, which is a subsidiary of HYBE, SEVENTEEN agreed to extend their contract after seven years together.

"Jeonghan, what complaint do you have for HYBE company?" asked Leeteuk who was at the event at that time. Jeonghan also told about his daily life before going to practice preparing for SEVENTEEN's latest album. Openly, Jeonghan expresses his frustration because the security of the HYBE building is very tight even for him who actually has full access to enter several places.

"The security level is very tight. After I removed the face mask so that the system was detected and my face must be recognized so that the door was opened. But the door didn't open," explained Jeonghan who demonstrated how he was trying to bang on the door. In fact, when talking about that, DK and Joshua were exaggeratingly exaggerating the irritation of Jeonghan banging on the high-security door.

Watching the members exaggerating his story, Jeonghan denied he banged on it like that. However, DK made everyone laugh because his actions were too exaggerated to the point of hitting them with their feet trying to get into the role of Jeonghan's irritation.

"But after escaping and taking the elevator to go up, before entering the practice room there's another door or other system. No, this one also uses facial recognition. But it worked for me this one. It's open but right outside the practice room, there's a system another security. There is another facial recognition system," Jeonghan said.

"I made proposals about this several times, but they still haven't taken it," said Jeonghan about his efforts to gain access to the HYBE building which is considered a safe due to the high level of security.

Meanwhile, this is not the first time Jeonghan has protested about the HYBE building's security system. Previously when he held VLive, the live broadcast was deleted and could no longer be watched because he criticized HYBE's very strict security system even for himself. (wk/taki)
