HYBE and Source Music previously released a statement responding to A's new admission regarding Kim Garam's alleged bullying. Apparently, the problem is getting more and more in the spotlight.
On the morning of May 20, 2022, Source Music released a new statement regarding LE SSERAFIM's activities. They decided to cancel all Sakura Cs performances for today, including the appearance on Music Bank.
"We would like to announce LE SSERAFIM's activities on May 20, 2022. LE SSERAFIM will not appear on KBS2 Music Bank or participate in the fan signing video call event that was supposed to be scheduled for today," said Source Music.
"We apologize to fans who have been waiting for LE SSERAFIM. We hope for understanding from fans who decided to watch the pre-recording of the Music Bank program," he continued.
Regarding the video call event that has been scheduled with fans, Source Music confirmed that it will change the schedule. More information about this event will be announced in the near future.
"We also plan to hold a video call fan signing event at a separate time. We will provide further information to selected fans in the near future," explained Source Music.
"Finally, we will release a statement regarding the allegations made against the LE SSERAFIM members in the near future after we have had discussions," he concluded.
Previously, on May 19, 2022, A appointed a legal representative and released a further statement regarding the bullying he experienced. In the statement, A confirmed that the post entitled 'Announcement of the Results of the School Violence Committee Discussion' which discussed Kim Garam and was widely circulated on the internet was the truth.
A later asked for a formal apology from HYBE. He also threatened to reveal evidence that could support his statement about Kim Garam's alleged bullying if management refused to apologize. /detik.com
