Recently, 2PM's Junho talked about his role in the upcoming drama 'King the Land' which also stars SNSD's Yoona. Check out the full statement below.
On Thursday (12/5), 2PM's Junho uploaded a video entitled "Let's Be Chatty During the Ride" on his YouTube channel. This video shows the moment when he was driving a car and enjoying his hobby of photography.
Junho also talked about various interesting things, from his win at the Korea PD Awards to his role in the upcoming drama "King the Land". At the Korea PD Awards, Junho managed to make a new history as an idol-actor who brought home the Best Actor trophy.
Regarding the achievement, Junho commented, "It is an honor to receive the Best Actor award at the Korea PD Awards. I feel very happy."
He continued, "I can feel the love and support from the cast and crew ('The Red Sleeve'). In other words, I feel recognized. So I feel very grateful for such love and recognition."
Junho then talked about his new drama "King the Land" which also stars SNSD's Yoona (Girls' Generation). He felt very enthusiastic about starring in the drama because his role would show another side of him.
Junho said, "I feel very excited to show another side of myself through a new role. I will pour my heart and soul into the work that will come so that this drama can be well received."
Meanwhile, "King the Land" is a romantic comedy drama that focuses on the story of Gu Won (Junho) who is the son of a conglomerate. Gu Won is described as a smart and elegant young man but not good at dating. One day, he is suddenly caught in an "inheritance war" over his family fortune, the King Group.
On the other hand, there is a woman named Cheon Sa Rang (Yoona) who has a bright personality and is always smiling. He starts working at the King Hotel, which is one of the assets of the Gu Won family. That's why the two began to meet and get involved in a romantic relationship. (wk/eval)
