BTS Fails To Bring Home The 2022 Grammy Awards, Claims To Be Happy To Be A Nominee
BTS again enlivened the 2022 Grammy awards. This K-pop group was nominated for the Best Pop Group/Duo Performance category. However, BTS failed to win. Nevertheless, the personnel admitted that they were quite happy to be the nominees and enliven the event.

When BTS was again nominated at the 64th Grammy Awards, Monday (4/4/2022) this morning, of course, there were a lot of eyes on this South Korean boy group with hope. Unfortunately, BTS lost to the duet Doja Cat and SZA in the song Kiss Me More.

Even though they admit they are sad, the BTS personnel cannot deny that there is a feeling of satisfaction to be able to enliven this year's Grammys. Through a live broadcast of the talk at the end of the event, BTS expressed their gratitude to the fans as well as pouring out their hearts.

“Thank you ARMYs for bringing us back to the Grammys. It's a shame we didn't win, but being here means a lot to us," Jimin said.

Admitting that he was also disappointed that he didn't win even though he had come a long way, BTS's RM said that it was natural for fans to be sad.

However, RM asked fans not to be sad for too long because BTS is ready to cheer them up again with more works.

“Honestly I was disappointed too, and to be honest it was better. I will be sad today, but I will feel better tomorrow. Tomorrow, we will all return to being a BTS that you can be proud of," he said.

Losing to Doja Cat and SZA, BTS is certainly not alone. Even artists like Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber, and Coldplay didn't manage to win the Best Pop Group/Duo Performance category; make this one failure less bitter on the tongue of the fans. /celebrties.id
