Seungmin, Bang Chan, Lee Know, and Stray Kids' Hyunjin Reportedly Positive for COVID-19

Seungmin, Bang Chan, Lee Know, and Stray Kids' Hyunjin

JYP Entertainment as the agency of Stray Kids again announced the health condition of the boy group members related to COVID-19.

On Monday morning (21/03), JYP Entertainment announced that Seungmin had shown a positive result of COVID-19 for the PCR test on March 20, 2022. Previously, Seungmin showed negative results in the PCR test on March 19.

Sungmin is also known to have undergone the second COVID-19 vaccine and is not experiencing any symptoms, and will follow the guidelines of the health authorities.

On the evening of the same day, 3 other members of Stray Kids namely Bang Chan, Lee Know, and Hyunjin were also announced positive for COVID-19. All three have been in quarantine since their PCR tests came back negative on March 19, 2022.

Bang Chan received unclear results for his first PCR test on March 20, 2022, while Lee Know and Hyunjin both came back negative. However, after carrying out additional PCR tests, the three Stray Kids members showed positive results on the morning of March 21, 2022.

Bang Chan, Lee Know, and Hyunjin have received the third dose of vaccine and are not showing any symptoms and have been self-quarantining separately since March 18, 2022, as have the other Stray Kids members.

Due to this, Stray Kids' scheduled activities on March 21 and 22 to appear on SBS PowerFM and MBC FM4U had to be cancelled. While the Video Call & Fansign Event on March 26 will be announced further for the schedule after JYP Entertainment's discussion with the related music store.

The agency also hopes that fans, STAY can patiently wait for this, and said that the agency will prioritize the health of its artists and will try its best for a speedy recovery.
