Gaeul IVE Reportedly Positive for COVID-19

One member of the girl group IVE, Gaeul was reported by the agency to have tested positive for COVID-19.

On Wednesday (16/03), Starship Entertainment as the agency of IVE released an official statement explaining Gaeul's health condition.

“Through the self-test kit yesterday (15 March), Gaeul showed a positive result. After that, he immediately visited the hospital and did an antigen test and came back showing a positive result," explained Starship Entertainment.

Apart from Gaeul, all the other IVE members showed negative results for the test. Gaeul has also completed the second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.

"He does not feel any symptoms other than a sore throat, and is recovering himself by separating from the other members," the agency concluded through its official statement.

Meanwhile, Gaeul and her group IVE are reported to be making a comeback in April with their second single album, "LOVE DIVE". (www.kpopchart.net)
