Be the Only Single Debut, MV 'Eleven' Owned by IVE Successfully Reaches 100 Million Viewers

IVE itself debuted with “ELEVEN” on December 1, 2021, meaning it only took about three months and a week for the group to reach this milestone.


The rookie girl group IVE successfully achieved impressive achievements with their debut song "ELEVEN". On March 8 at approximately 2:25 a.m. KST, “ELEVEN” managed to become their first music video to reach 100 million views on YouTube which is of course a remarkable feat considering it is the only music video for the group from Starship Entertainment.

IVE itself debuted with “ELEVEN” on December 1, 2021, meaning it only took about three months and a week for the group to reach this milestone. IVE won their first music show trophy with "ELEVEN" on "Show Champion" just a week later, and the song has steadily won 12 more wins on music shows.

With 152,229 copies sold of their album in its first week of release, IVE also recorded the second highest first week sales of any girl group debut album in Hanteo's history where they were only beaten by aespa. While it consists of 6 members, two of them namely Yujin and Jang Won Young previously participated in "Produce 48" in 2018, where they then debuted first with IZ * ONE.

According to the chart released by Billboard on the 14th, "ELEVEN" rose at #9 on the World Digital Song Sales chart and made its official debut on Billboard Global 200 and Billboard Global Excl. US charts. The song spent 10 consecutive weeks on the Global 200 and Global Excl. The US charts prove its popularity among global fans. In addition, the song also topped Billboard's Hot Trending Songs chart while also debuting atop Billboard Japan's 'Top User Generated Songs', and charting on the Japanese Hot 100 chart; while the group entered Artist 100.

Then on the 27th, the single "ELEVEN" rose to 4th place on Spotify's global "Viral Top 50" ranking and peaked at #95 on the "Global Top 200" chart. On regional charts, the song topped the Viral Top 50 and Top 200 charts in South Korea.
