TWICE Cancels All Promotion Schedules During Concert Tour in the United States

JYP Entertainment released a statement regarding the cancellation on February 14, 2022. While TWICE will still be holding concerts, all promotional schedules have been cancelled.

JYP Entertainment announced that all of TWICE's promotional schedules during their concert tour in the United States have been cancelled. The agency conveyed this through an official statement.

Previously TWICE arrived in Los Angeles on February 13, 2022. Their concert tour in the United States will begin with a concert at the Forum in Inglewood, California on February 15.

While TWICE will still be holding concerts, fan meet and greet events and other promotions have been cancelled. JYP Entertainment released a statement regarding the cancellation on February 14.

"We sincerely thank you for your warm welcome as we embark on the United States tour. Since this is an opportunity to meet our fans who have been waiting patiently in the United States, we originally planned promotions and various meet and greet opportunities," the agency said. on behalf of TWICE.

However, due to the severity of the COVID-19 situation, we have decided to have no choice but to cancel all promotions, as the artist's health is our number one priority, and must continue the tour in the safest way possible.

"JYP Entertainment and the members of TWICE apologize and are sad to announce this. However, this decision is mandatory for a successful tour schedule, and we would like to ask for your kind and deepest understanding," the agency requested.

"In order to enjoy a joyful concert in a safe way, we are very excited to perform for you, and sincerely hope our fans will be careful and stay healthy," concluded the agency.

Meanwhile, TWICE will be performing in five cities across the United States, including Auckland, Fort Worth, Atlanta, and New York, starting with the LA concerts on February 15 and 16.
