RM shared his current exercise routine in an Instagram Story post. The 1994-born singer's workout includes a mix of cardio and strength training.


On February 21, RM (Rap Monster), Suga, and BTS' Jimin chatted about their vacation, V's recovery from COVID-19, and more during a live broadcast. On this occasion, talk about body shape is inevitable, especially with the presence of RM.

As usual, the members read comments from fans, including one about their physique. Jimin pointed out that RM's arms look "thicker" these days, but as usual, RM is being humble about his body which others are envious of.

At the beginning of his career, RM was tall and slender, but in the years since his debut, the BTS leader has been diligent in shaping his body and is now known as the fittest member in the group. Now ARMYs say, "You can't spell 'arm' without 'RM,'" and it's easy to see why.

Seeing RM's post, fans were amazed because this was a form of his effort to keep the body in shape. However, there are also those who joke that just looking at the list of exercises that RM does is enough to make them tired.

Meanwhile, in the same broadcast, RM revealed that he currently weighs 76 kg. The owner of the real name Kim Namjoon expressed his jealousy when comparing himself to his weight with other members.

When RM said, "I currently weigh 76 kg", Suga replied, "I heard you weigh 80 kg". RM was shocked for a moment then he said bitterly, "No, I've never reached 80 kg in my life. Jin said he weighs 61 kg. The difference in height between us is 2 cm." (wk/goddess)
