In 'All of Us Are Dead', Choi Nam Ra's character is the only zombie who balks at hurting humans. Cho Yi Hyun trained a lot to become a zombie.
Cho Yi Hyun recently revealed more details about his starring character in "All of Us Are Dead". The 1999-born actress plays Choi Nam Ra, a class president and the best student at school.
Outside of class, Choi Nam Ra always wears earphones and does not communicate with his friends. The beautiful girl slowly breaks down the walls and struggles to survive the zombie virus outbreak with her friends.
"I played a new character every time I worked, but it was the first time I played a cold and static character. It was a bit of a burden, but fortunately, I was able to handle it because I worked with actors my age," said Cho Yi Hyun.
Cho Yi Hyun then expressed his feelings about playing the character with a slightly emotional expression. "Nam Ra is a very different character in the beginning and the second half of the drama. At first, he didn't express his emotions, didn't laugh, didn't interact with his friends," said Cho Yi Hyun.
"Other actors have a lot of emotion and tension, but I'm worried that it will look different on its own. It seems appropriate to set the character differently before and after zombies to bet," added Cho Yi Hyun.
In "All of Us Are Dead", Choi Nam Ra is the only zombie who balks at hurting humans. Cho Yi Hyun trained a lot to become a zombie and even watched the movie "Twilight".
"It's hard to act as a zombie, then become a human, and then go back and forth between humans and zombies. Before filming, I got zombie lessons from a choreographer. I learned a lot and practiced hard," confides Cho Yi Hyun.
"I thought about what it would be like to be Sembi, then decided to watch 'Twilight' because I think the Sembi setting (half-zombie) also has an aura like a vampire," concluded Cho Yi Hyun. What do you think? (wk/charity)
