ASTRO's JinJin had to cancel all of his schedules after going back and forth to the hospital and was declared to have to rest. Fansign with Rocky also had to be canceled.
The bad news came from ASTRO. One of the members, JinJin, was forced to cancel all schedules due to his declining health condition.
On Sunday (6/2), Fantagio as ASTRO's agency shared a statement regarding JinJin's health problems. The agency reports that the owner of the name Park Jin Woo will be resting for some time to come.
"Hello, we are Fantagio. On the evening of February 5, JinJin visited the hospital and is currently resting after receiving treatment for his poor health," said Fantagio.
After receiving treatment, JinJin's condition did not improve immediately. So back to the hospital to ensure further steps in dealing with health problems. After going back and forth to the hospital and being re-examined, it turned out that the 1996-born idol had to rest completely.
However, his condition has not improved, so he went back to the hospital immediately on February 6 for a thorough examination, and received news from medical personnel that he needed adequate rest and treatment.
As a result, the fansign for the release of Jinjin & Rocky's unit album "Restore" will be postponed. However, the agency will continue to provide updates on the fansign schedule once the situation is confirmed.
Therefore, we would like to inform you that the fansign event to commemorate the release of JinJin & Rocky (ASTRO)'s first mini album 'Restore', which was scheduled to be held at ED LIVE Artist Class at 16.30 KST, will be postponed," said Fantagio.
Fantagio will continue to monitor Jinjin's health and update on whether the fansign will continue in the future or not. Lastly, the agency apologized for the inconvenience.
