7 Members Positive for COVID-19, CRAVITY Delays Comeback

7 members of the boy group CRAVITY have been confirmed to have contracted COVID-19.

This was conveyed by the Starship Entertainment agency through their official statement on Saturday (12/02).

In the official statement, Starship Entertainment said:

“Hello, this is Starship Entertainment.

We would like to inform you about Serim, Allen, Jungmo, Minhee, Hyeongjun, Taeyoung, and Seongmin who have tested positive for COVID-19 and regarding the group's future schedule.

On Friday (11/02), Taeyoung showed symptoms of a fever, so all the members took a test using a self-test kit. Hyeongjun's self-test results were positive, so all the members immediately visited the hospital to do a PCR test. As a result, Serim, Allen, Jungmo, Minhee, Hyeongjun, Taeyoung, and Seongmin were diagnosed with COVID-19.

All CRAVITY members have received two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine, and they have participated in their schedule after testing with a self-test and getting a negative result.

Currently, the members have no symptoms other than fever and sore throat, and they are waiting for directions from public health authorities after getting a positive PCR test result.

Members who tested positive were quarantined at home for treatment and rest, while Woobin and Wonjin, who tested negative, went into self-quarantine.

CRAVITY will immediately stop their scheduled activities and focus on treatment. Taking into account the artist's health and self-quarantine, we would like to inform you that the release of the promotional content for the album "LIBERTY : IN OUR COSMOS" and the album release on February 22 have been postponed.
