Previously, Jae had sparked controversy after referring to JAMIE as a thot on a Twitch live broadcast.
Thot is a term in English that is usually used for women who often have free sex or other words from the terms slut and whore which means "prostitute".
Shortly after the broadcast, JAMIE immediately expressed his disappointment with Jae through a tweet on Twitter.
Now through his Twitter account, Jae wrote an apology by mentioning JAMIE's Twitter account.
He wrote, “I want to apologize to JAMIE and everyone else for what I said. It was a comment made in bad taste and I feel bad for making JAMIE feel the way he feels. What I thought was a joke among friends turned out to be not.”
“I'm not referring to any physical behavior at all, but rather the aura that people usually refer to as 'naughty' and consider the two words synonymous. However, I understand that this is by no means a reason for my comment. My sincere apologies to JAMIE as well as everyone who was hurt by [my words]," he wrote.
Jae and JAMIE were previously known to both have taken shelter as artists at the JYP Entertainment agency. (www.kpopchart.net)
