The news was announced by the production team of The One and Only today, January 11, 2022, which stated that they were forced to postpone filming the drama because a staff member was suspected of contracting COVID-19.
The production team also added that they would wait for the staff's test results to come out, as a precaution.
The One and Only itself is a new romantic drama which tells the story of three women who are seriously ill, meeting at the hospital. The trio promise to defeat an evil man before their time runs out.
The latest drama from JTBC also stars various talented actors and actresses, including Ahn Eunjin as Pyo In Sook, Kang Ye Won as Kang Se Yeon, Red Velvet's Joy as Sung Mi Do and Kim Kyung Nam as Min Woo Cheon.
The One and Only has entered its 10th episode on January 11, 2022, which began airing on December 20, 2021, filling the broadcast schedule on Mondays and Tuesdays at 23:00 KST, replacing the drama Idol: The Coup.
