While netizens may be jealous of Jang Won Young's perfect height and proportions, it seems that her tall body has become one of the IVE members' 'weaknesses'.
IVE just debuted a week ago, but the members are still busy with their promotional activities. Jang Won Young guested on the latest episode of "Radio Star" where many of his discussion topics made headlines. However, of all the key moments that made headlines, the topic of her legs caught the eye.
This special broadcast features guests that fit the theme of the episode "Body Gods," and of course Jang Won Young's presence fits the show's theme perfectly. Since his participation in Mnet's "Produce 48", he has become an icon with his perfect height and body proportions, which he talked about during his time on Radio Star.
"I debuted with IZ*ONE when I was 14 years old (international age) and I am 168 cm tall. I re-debuted with IVE at 17 years old and now I am 173 cm (5'7 ft). Together with my fellow IVE members, my goal is is to be the tallest girl group. Of all the members, we have three members who are more than 170 cm tall," said Jang Won Young.
While netizens may be envious of Jang Won Young's perfect height and proportions, it seems that her tall body has become one of her "weaknesses". The stunning girl group member continues to discuss her tall body by admitting that she sometimes "worries" about her height.
"To be honest, I don't know how much I will continue to grow so I sometimes worry. But I think I have stopped growing," said Jang Won Young. Jang Won Young also shared that he believes his legs are “too long” to the point where he is always contemplating whether he should “edit” them shorter or not.
"Radio Star" took the time to share pre-edited photos of Jang Won Young's legs and netizens couldn't believe how long the fabric was. They shared their surprise at Jang Won Young's very long legs, as well as at the fact that he shortened them in the photo.
