Singer, songwriter and television star Yoo Hee Yeol was recently reported to have tested positive for COVID-19.
Through his agency, Antenna Music, today, December 11, 2021, Yoo Hee Yeol has been diagnosed positive for COVID-19 despite having had a complete vaccine in August 2021.
Antenna Music has also released a full statement regarding the agency's founder's health condition.
“Hello, this is Antenna.
Yesterday morning (December 10), Antenna artist Yoo Hee Yeol underwent a self-test for activities scheduled for that day, and due to receiving suspicious results, he immediately canceled his scheduled activities and underwent a [PCR] test for COVID-19.
Although Yoo Hee Yeol had completed the vaccination and received the second dose at the end of August, he found out last night (December 10) that he had tested positive for COVID-19.
Yoo Hee Yeol is currently taking all necessary measures according to instructions from the government health authorities, and the staff members of our agency who came into contact with him are in the process of undergoing testing for COVID-19.
