Recently, another fact was revealed about Ahn Yujin IVE, who was in the same school as another member, Rei, where it turns out that the group leader often borrows sports clothes.
Line up to become a monster rookie girl group, IVE has successfully gained popularity after making its debut on December 1, 2021. Supported by its visuals and abilities, IVE also continues to be in the spotlight because the popularity of its members has skyrocketed.
IVE is a girl group consisting of Ahn Yujin, Leeseo. Liz, Jang Won Young, Rei and Gaeul. Considering that its debut is relatively new, IVE is now busy with promoting its single album "Eleven" which exploded in the market.
Recently, IVE has guested on the 540th episode of the variety show "Weekly Idol". The members collided with each other according to the event they attended.
However, the two MCs of "Weekly Idol" Super Junior's Eunhyuk and ZE:A's Kwanghee revealed that there was a misunderstanding between leader Yujin and Rei. "Yujin said he went to the same school as Rei. He often borrowed his sports clothes," said Kwanghee.
"Where did you put yours? Why did you borrow from Rei?" asked Jang Won Young who teased Yujin. Then, Eunhyuk revealed, "There is always one person who doesn't bring his tracksuit."
"I think Rei is bored. I borrowed his sports clothes when I went to relieve his boredom. It's not that I always don't bring mine," Yujin explained.
"I don't really agree. As far as I know, Yujin doesn't have many friends at school. That's why she keeps coming for me," Rei explained. Yujin laughingly replied, "That's true. Rei has a lot of friends. He's usually called a social butterfly. I'm quite shy with strangers. That's why I kept going to Rei."
Besides that, Rei has indeed become a good friend to Yujin. Even to lend her gym clothes though.
Meanwhile, IVE just took home the award trophy on MBC's music program "Show Music Core". The win indicates that IVE is the fastest girl group after debuting to win. (wk/taki)
