Lee Soo Man revealed his plans to make a Hollywood film adapted from the SMCU.
At the 'SM Congress 2021' event which was held on Tuesday (29/06), Lee Soo Man and AESPA members talked about their plans for the future.
When starting the segment, Lee Soo Man congratulated AESPA's successful debut with 'Black Mamba' and their successful comeback with 'Next Level'.
Karina then said, "I feel grateful because many people dance the addictive choreography of the song 'Next Level'. We even got a nomination at number one with the song 'Next Level' and I can't believe it."
Lee Soo Man then talked about SMCU, "We created a new universe called SMCU (SM Culture Universe), depicting SM Entertainment's musical style that combines several genres and musical elements."
Furthermore, Lee Soo Man explained that currently there are discussions regarding plans to adapt SMCU into a Hollywood film.
Karina then explained the storyline from SMCU, “Aespa and Ae-Aespa traveled to Kwangya. I think a lot of people are wondering if they will fight the Black Mamba. This year, we prepared a lot of content to continue the story from the first season, so please look forward to it.”
