“Doom at Your Service” revealed new stills featuring Seo In Guk and Park Bo Young ahead of the next episode. This tvN drama features the figure of Park Bo Young who is shrouded in sadness. This is implied from his expression at that time.
“Doom At Your Service” is a fantasy romance drama about a character named Myul Mang (Seo In Guk), who causes everything he touches to disappear, and a woman named Tak Dong Kyung (Park Bo Young), who risks her life to avoid her fate. After living life without any big goals, Tak Dong Kyung suddenly receives a diagnosis that he only has 100 days to live.
Dong Kyung calls for doom (myulmang) from all over the world, but is found by Myul Mang instead. Previously, Tak Dong Kyung and Myul Mang started their relationship with the same feelings.
At the end of episode 8, Myul Mang said to him, “Tak Dong Kyung, you can like me. Nothing matters to me but you, so you make a choice between you and the world”. The scene shows that he is even willing to take death for the one he loves.
In the newly revealed stills, Myul Mang sees Tak Dong Kyung crouching on the ground. When he reached out his hand for her to hold, he just looked at her with a hint of sadness in his eyes.
Tak Dong Kyung then takes his hand and carefully looks at him, but Myul Mang doesn't look back at him and instead observes their hands. A strange silence fell upon Tak Dong Kyung and Myul Mang under the dim street lamp.
For the new episode, the producer also gave comments. The producers of “Doom at Your Service” commented, “The life or death romance between Tak Dong Kyung and Myul Mang will grow one step sweeter and sadder this week. Please continue watching the story of Tak Dong Kyung and Myul Mang, whose feelings for each other have grown so uncontrollable that they are willing to die for each other.”
Last week's episode of "Doom At Your Service" itself experienced a decrease in ratings from the previous episode. The fantasy drama, which also stars Lee So Hyuk, recorded a rating of 2.7 percent.
Meanwhile, "Doom At Your Service" next week will enter the second half of the drama. This drama will later be replaced by "You Are My Spring" starring Seo Hyun Jin and Kim Dong Wook starting in early July. (wk/putr)
