GFRIEND's fans BUDDY were angered by the girl group's agency, Source Music, about their policy of refunding their fanclub membership.
Through one of the leading forums in South Korea, it is known that GFRIEND fans expressed their frustration after Source Music stated that GFRIEND's official fanclub funds on Weverse would be returned in the form of Weverse Cash.
BUDDY's frustration was because the Weverse Cash could no longer be used to buy anything other than a case for a lightstick.
