One of the senior singers at the SM Entertainment agency, BoA was found not guilty in the case of illegally importing drugs.
On December 17, 2020, BoA was questioned by the police for illegally buying sleeping pills from abroad.
During the trip in Japan, SM Entertainment staff bought drugs that BoA usually used in Japan without following the official drug delivery procedures, so BoA and the staff were questioned by the police.
Now according to a report released on Friday (04/06), BoA has been found not guilty for importing drugs without going through the drug import procedures that comply with regulations in South Korea.
BoA and the SM Entertainment staff who bought the drug were both found not guilty and the case was not submitted to the prosecutor's office.
