Jungkook BTS (Bangtan Boys) has again changed his hair style and color, who knows how many times this year. As usual, the new appearance of the "golden maknae" has taken a lot of people by surprise.
This year, the MTV Movie and TV Awards took place over two days in which BTS won for their documentary "Break The Silence: The Movie". The group received their award virtually via video message.
In the video, RM (Rap Monster) looks stunning in white clothes. Jungkook drew the most attention because of his new short, silver and purple hair.
ARMY already knows Jungkook has purple hair thanks to BTS's "Butter" teaser photo released earlier this week. However, in the photo, his hair is dark purple. Now, it seems lighter and includes a touch of silver near the roots.
Netizens on the other hand have a lot of thoughts about Jungkook's new appearance. Many regretted that the long hair era had ended. But Jungkook with short hair was praised for being fresher.
"I really like Jungkook's new haircut and his gray hair with purple highlights he looks amazing," commented netizens. "Wow Jungkook cut his hair! It's very unfortunate but now he looks fresher," concluded another.
Meanwhile, BTS will be releasing "Butter" which is an English-language song on May 21 as a digital single. The music video was also released on the same day.
Recently BTS also announced a collaboration with fast food restaurant McDonald's by releasing a special combo package. ARMY Indonesia will be able to enjoy "BTS Meal" starting June 25, 2021.
In other news, BTS is nominated for four different awards at the Billboard Music Awards (BBMA) 2021, namely Top Duo / Group, Top Social Artist, and Top Song Sales Artist and Top Selling Song for "Dynamite". (wk / chus)
