After parting ways with his agency KeyEast Entertainment this morning, actor Ji Soo finally returned by announcing that he would sue him for spreading rumors that were not true.
On behalf of Ji Soo, his attorney released the following statement:
“As actor Ji Soo's legal representative, this law firm discloses the client's position as follows.
As soon as allegations of school violence emerged, the client posted a handwritten apology on social media and apologized in person from everyone he could contact.
Among the arguments put forward, there are many facts that are different from the truth, but the client has not responded to these things to reflect on his past actions. However, clear false claims regarding clients who have committed sexual crimes in the past have been expanded and reproduced online. While the client remains silent to reflect on himself, the above claim is accepted as if it were true.
Because of this, the client has filed a criminal defamation complaint in order to uncover the truth. An investigation to find the people who posted the false information is currently in process. Clients will also continue to take legal action against those who defame them through false information.
We apologize for causing concern through filing this complaint. "
Previously, Ji Soo was accused of being a bully in the past while attending school. The allegations of bullying emerged when he starred in the drama "River Where The Moon Rises" in mid-February.
At the end of the bullying issue, Ji Soo was kicked out of drama production and now the actor has also terminated his contract with the agency Key East Entertainment. (www.kpopchart.net)
