2PM will officially return to greet their fans in June. Previously, 2PM announced that they are preparing for a comeback, however, the release time was not disclosed. This time, the agency finally shed some light.
Today, Tuesday (18/5), JYP Entertainment told Star News that the boy group will comeback at the end of June. “2PM is preparing for a comeback at the end of June. We will announce the exact date once it is confirmed, "said the agency's statement.
This will be their first comeback in nearly five years since their sixth full album "GENTLEMEN'S GAME" in September 2016. With Junho leaving in March, all the members who are required to enlist in the military have completed their duties.
Previously, Junho had teased their group's comeback date in a cute conversation with the character Pengsoo. Pengsoo asked Junho a question that had been wanting to know the answer for months.
“There's something I'm curious about,” he said, before asking directly, “When is 2PM coming back?”. In fact, Junho replied, "we are working on it upstairs now". Pengsoo excitedly replied, “So, you really did make a comeback! Fans must be really waiting for him. "

Even though 2PM has not made a comeback as a full group since 2016 due to military service, their music has still managed to take the spotlight.
