Seasoned South Korean actor, Shin Sung Rok, is reportedly a victim of COVID-19 after undergoing a second test.
Previously, on April 27, Shin Sung Rok's agency announced that the actor was negative for COVID-19 after actor Son Joon Ho, who was positive for COVID-19, was found to have had contact with Shin Sung Rok.
“Our actor Shin Sung Rok received confirmation of actor Son Joon Ho's positive COVID-19 test on the 23rd and underwent a test shortly thereafter. He tested negative on the morning of the 24th, but according to the quarantine guidelines, Shin Sung Rok went into self-isolation regardless of the test results. ”, The agency explained on Tuesday, April 27th.
However, Shin Sung Rok, who is undergoing self-quarantine, admitted that his body felt unwell and did a second test which showed a positive result.
