SHINee's return to the album “Don't Call Me” succeeded in treating fans' longing. No kidding, the success of the album strengthens the evidence that SHINee is still worthy of being reckoned with.

Reporting from Naver, SHINee is reportedly preparing an album titled "Atlantis" which is a repackaged edition of "Don't Call Me". SHINee has frequently re-released their album and "Atlantis" is the seventh.

SHINee plans to digitally release "Atlantis" on April 12, 2021, at 6 p.m. KST. Meanwhile, the physical album will be released on April 15, 2021.

For additional information, the album "Atlantis" will contain a total of 12 songs. "Atlantis" will be the title song. Then followed by another new song, "Area" and "Days and Years" which will complete the album formation.

Prior to this, SHINee sat at number 1 on domestic charts and albums with their seventh album "Don't Call Me". The song managed to bring home six trophies from a music show.

Besides, "Don't Call Me" is also popular all over the world. This is evidenced by "Don't Call Me" managed to get a place on the iTunes top album charts and is in the first position in 47 countries. Then ranked number one on the Japanese Oricon digital album sales chart.

The hot response that SHINee received was not without reason. For two years the SM Entertainment care group was left in the military by Onew, Key and Minho.

In 2020, Onew, Key and Minho completed their military service. So the comeback "Don't Call Me" is SHINee's first full-team public appearance in three years. Previously, only Taemin was busy with solo activities.

As is known, SHINee has succeeded in capturing the hearts of many fans since the beginning of their career. SHINee's debut with the song "Replay" in 2008 is said to be an iconic debut. This was evidenced by the frequent repetitions of "Replay" by other, younger groups. (wk / wahy)
