Jessica H.o. or who is familiarly called Jessi, was present as a guest at the "Tikita Car" event. In the episode 25 broadcast, Jessi talked about her life in America when she was young.
Jessi turned out to be intimidated for about six years. Because Jessi's residence was told that there were no Asian people.
"The area where I live in America has no Asian people. I was the only Asian in my school," Jessi quoted SBS News as saying. "I was bullied constantly. It lasted six years."
However, Jessi did not just accept the intimidation. Once upon a time, the singer of "NUNU NANA" fought someone who was bothering her.
Jessi said "During those six years, anger built up in me. So, one day, I fought the bullies. After that day, no one bullied me anymore."
This bitter experience made Jessi mentally grow stronger. "A lot of people say that I look like a strong person. Yes that's true. I believe I have become mentally strong," he continued.
Even so, Jessi was always nice in front of her mother. He felt that his mother did not need to worry about what happened to him.
"My life is difficult, but I don't want my mother to worry about me," Jessi said. "So, I say this to my mom all the time, 'I'm fine, mom. Everything's fine with me'."
Jessi added "Even if I sink to the bottom, I will always bounce back. My mom told me how amazing I was, seeing what I've been through."
As is known, Jessi was born and raised in the United States and moved to South Korea when she was 15 years old. At that young age, Jessi wants to realize her dream of entering the Korean music industry.
