On Sunday (21/02), the agency announced that Minchan would not participate in VERIVERY's comeback promotions, "Due to health reasons, Minchan will not participate in promotions for the new album [VERIVERY], and the group will be temporarily promoting with six members."

In October last year, Minchan showed symptoms of anxiety disorder and decided to take a hiatus from group activities to focus on the treatment and recovery of his health problems.
