According to reports from South Korean media, Lee Jong Suk sold the 154.88 square meter building in early January.
The building is located in the elite Hannam-dong area, which is selling for 3.59 billion Won or the equivalent of 44.9 billion Rupiah at the current exchange rate.
This building was first purchased by actor Lee Jong Suk in 2018 for 3 billion Won. Actor Lee Jong Suk sold the building because he did not get a significant profit, considering that he had to pay for renovations, building taxes and transfer of ownership.
Even so, in 2020 Lee Jong Suk managed to get a profit of 2.05 billion Won by selling a building located in Sinsa-dong.
