Recently writer Han Ji Hoon who worked on the script "River Where The Moon Rise" shared his thoughts on the cast. He expressed his happiness in being able to make Kim So Hyun and Ji Soo as the main couple of this drama.

"It was the most ideal casting I could ever imagine. If I put it in the numbers, they are 120 percent in sync with the role," said writer Han Ji Hoon.

The writer of the hit film "Taegukgi" then praised Kim So Hyun and Ji Soo's skills in portraying their characters well. Besides, writer Han Ji Hoon also praised the strong chemistry of the two young actors.

"Actress Kim So Hyun has to show various sides of herself as a warrior and a princess. But she created Pyeonggang herself in a short time with her charming atmosphere and talented acting," said the author.

He continued, "Actor Ji Soo has the perfect visual and physical appearance for a naive and honest person who is sometimes reckless like On Dal. I anticipate the character who lives with the charms of the two actors, who will create great chemistry."

Meanwhile, "River Where The Moon Rises" is based on the classic Goguryeo folk tale. This drama focuses on the love story of Princess Pyeonggang and the dumbest person in the Kingdom, On Dal (Ji Soo). After marrying On Dal, the princess trained him on horseback and archery until On Dal became one of the legendary generals in Korean history.

The drama itself is prepared to replace the broadcast slot for "Royal Secret Agent" on Monday - Tuesday night KBS. The plan, "River Where The Moon Rises" will begin airing on February 15th. (wk / eval)
