Taeyong Reveals Which Member Needs More His Guidance Than Others. He revealed this when talking to MTV about the 23 members who gathered together.

Since NCT 2020 currently has the most members they have ever had, it is possible for some of them to be a bit overlooked. Being a kind and caring leader, Taeyong did his best not to let that happen.
Taeyong revealed which member needed more of his guidance than others. While talking to MTV about the 23 members hanging out together, Taeyong revealed that the WayV and NCT Dream members came to him looking for ways to perform better on stage.
"Some of the members, especially Lucas, Xiaojun, and Jaemin, will ask me a lot of questions related to performances," said Taeyong. The three members Taeyong mentioned is also a subunit with him in the song "Make a Wish (Birthday Song)".

Seeing how curiously they were, Taeyong realized what he could do to become a better leader for them. "When I got all those questions, it made me step back and reflect," he said.
Instead of just answering their questions, Taeyong decided to focus more on each one. The 1995-born singer thought, "OK, I need to pay more attention to these people."
So far, Taeyong has often been seen showing concern for his members, such as helping Renjun after falling at a concert. The owner's full name Lee Taeyong takes care of them more than they seem.
