Ex-SISTAR's Soyou has recently gained public attention because of her success in dieting.

Through his YouTube channel, Soyou has uploaded the latest video that contains tips for doing his own diet. She also revealed the amazing results of her diet, showing a flat stomach and small hip circumference.

For breakfast, Soyou consumes specially mixed rice. The recipe is one and a half balls of plain white rice, 2 balls of konjac jelly rice and 3 balls of brown rice. Konjac jelly is a great substitute for whole grains or noodles because it is super low in calories.

Soyou then adds a packet of konjac jelly in the form of whole grains to the rice before cooking it in the rice cooker.

While waiting for the rice to cook, Soyou did a stretching routine. He said that it really helps his blood circulation and can aid digestion.

After stretching, he then enjoyed a breakfast meal consisting of special rice, seaweed soup, chicken breast, and fried egg. For lunch and dinner, Soyou only eats salad.
